Jam from ranetki with a blender for the winter

There is nothing better than on a snowy winter evening, under a cup of hot tea, to eat a sandwich from a loaf, thickly spread with thick apple jam. Even after conservation, ranetki do not lose their wonderful taste and aroma.

Pour 150 ml into an enamel pot or basin. water and bring to a boil over high heat. While the water heats up, wash the apples thoroughly, leaving only whole, not spoiled fruits. We do not touch the tails, skin and insides, we leave the fruits intact.

Pour the prepared ranetki into boiling water and blanch until soft.

We transfer soft fruits to the bowl of an immersion blender using a slotted spoon, we do not need excess moisture.

Grind the apples until smooth, as a rule, it does not take more than 2-3 minutes.

Add about 800 grams of sugar to the resulting puree. It is recommended to taste and add more or less sweetener to your liking.

Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly and leave for 40-60 minutes to completely dissolve the sugar crystals.
