Jam from ranetki through a sieve for the winter

A simple and unrealistically delicious recipe for paradise apples at home. The cooking process takes a minimum of time, and we deliver the maximum pleasure! The finished jam keeps its shape perfectly, it can be soaked in the cakes of homemade cakes, added to cottage cheese or served with thin pancakes.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Ranetki thoroughly rinse, cut off "diseased" areas of spoiled fruits, remove branches.
step 2 out of 10
We transfer the prepared fruits to a saucepan of a suitable size, preferably with an enamel coating.
step 3 out of 10
Add 200 ml to the container. water and put on medium heat.
step 4 out of 10
Steam the fruit for about 40 minutes, until soft. It is very easy to check the readiness - just pierce the pulp with a skewer.
step 5 out of 10
Put soft apples on a metal sieve and grind with a silicone spatula or a regular spoon.
step 6 out of 10
We get mashed potatoes of a fairly liquid consistency.
step 7 out of 10
Transfer the resulting mass back to the pan, add two kilograms of sugar and mix thoroughly.
step 8 out of 10
We put on a low heat, stirring constantly, not allowing the almost finished jam to burn. Cook until lightly thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
step 9 out of 10
We spread the hot mass with a ladle on pre-sterilized jars and roll it up. Turn the filled container over (put on the lids), cover with a towel and let cool.
step 10 out of 10
Our jam is ready. Bon Appetit!
