There is nothing tastier than thick, aromatic apple jam made from heavenly apples. An ideal "spread" on bread for tea and an excellent addition to cheesecakes and pancakes. For this recipe, you can use apples of any variety, but with ranetka it has a natural sweetness and a very pleasant texture.

In this recipe, you can use not only perfect fruits, slightly "beaten" apples are also suitable. The main thing is to remove all damaged parts. Rinse thoroughly and dry with paper towels.
