A wonderful dessert made from natural ingredients that will appeal to both adults and children. The main task is to choose sweet, ripe ranetki and lemon with a thin peel, otherwise it is extremely difficult to make a mistake.

Let's prepare the main component of our jam: we thoroughly wash the ranetki, peel it off, remove the tails and chop it arbitrarily (you can also use a grater), the method of cutting is not important to us, since then we will still resort to using a blender or "crush". Pour the chopped apples with a glass of clean water and sugar, set them aside for 6-8 hours, so that the fruits give off their juice.
We send the apples in their own juice to the stove, bring to a boil and immediately reduce the heat. We continue cooking for about an hour and a half, remembering to stir constantly. When the apples become translucent and very soft, remove from heat and interrupt with an immersion blender. This must be done very carefully, as the mass can scatter and burn your hands.
