Jam from ranetki with pectin for the winter

Pectin is a natural substance found in all horticultural crops such as fruits, berries and even vegetables. Apples are very rich in this component, especially ranet varieties, thanks to it, jams, marmalades and confitures are very thick and resemble jelly in consistency, but in late fruits there is not much of it, so you can add purchased pectin to get the best result.

We will prepare the main product: we thoroughly rinse the apples, remove the stalks and damaged areas. Chop randomly and do not forget to get rid of the core with seeds.
