For this recipe, sweet large ranetki are great, but other varieties can be used as well. Let's prepare the rest of the ingredients: juice, sugar and gelatin.

We wash the apples and peel them.

Grate the prepared fruit or grind it with a blender and fill it with the required amount of sugar.

Dilute gelatin in hot water, stirring actively, preventing lumps from forming. Add juice to the same mixture (ideal for homemade cooking). Pour the grated apple fruits with the resulting solution.

We mix everything until smooth, lay it out in silicone molds or, in any dish convenient for you, and send it to the refrigerator for several hours until it solidifies completely.
