Jam from ranetki in a slow cooker for the winter

Late large ranetki, which have an incredible sweet and sour taste, are perfect for this recipe. It is very simple to make jam in a multicooker, but it tastes very similar to what is sold in huge supermarkets. Only our recipe consists entirely of natural ingredients.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Ranetki thoroughly rinse under running water, remove the tails and dry.
step 2 out of 7
Next, we cut the fruits in half and remove all the insides - the core and seeds, then arbitrarily cut them, but the smaller, the easier it will be to turn them into jam in the future.
step 3 out of 7
Pour water into the multicooker bowl and pour the chopped fruits. We turn on the Baking program, and set the timer for 30 minutes. This is done in order to soften the apples as much as possible.
step 4 out of 7
After turning off the multicooker, open the lid and, using the usual "crush" for mashed potatoes, grind our future jam. It is better not to use metal objects, as you can scratch the bowl.
step 5 out of 7
Pour the required amount of sugar into the crushed mass. Mix everything thoroughly and set the "Quenching" mode for exactly 1 hour.
step 6 out of 7
Due to the fact that while the jam has not acquired the required density, it will boil and rise strongly during the cooking process. Therefore, it is recommended to stir every 5-10 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
Gently pour the finished jam into sterile jars, roll up and cover with a blanket until it cools completely. Bon Appetit!
