Plum jam with orange

The taste of yellow plums is in good harmony with the taste of orange. Orange, with its sourness, softens their sweetness and brings a fresh aroma.

Wash the plums, remove the seeds and rub through a sieve or colander.

Wash oranges, pour over with boiling water. Chop and grind with a blender along with the peel. Can be minced.

Skim off the foam. Cook until thick.

Pour the jam into sterile jars and roll up or tighten with sterilized lids. Cool, turning it upside down, under a warm blanket to room temperature for 24 hours. Store in a basement or closet.
