First, let's prepare all the necessary ingredients. We wash the plums thoroughly and proceed to the removal of the seeds. To do this, carefully make an incision along each fruit and take it out.

Put the resulting gruel from the fruits in a saucepan, add sugar, add citric acid and put on the stove. Cook the mixture over low heat until thickened. This will take at least 1 hour.
