Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
First of all, we will deal with the preparation of the plums. They need to be thoroughly washed, cut in half and removed from the bottom of the bone.
step 2 out of 6
Next, we send the cut plums to the multicooker bowl, after which they need to be filled with water and covered with sugar. Mix everything well and turn on the multicooker in the "Baking" mode for fifteen minutes.
step 3 out of 6
During this time, the plums soften.
step 4 out of 6
We filter the resulting puree through a colander in order to get rid of the detached plum peel. Then we send the puree back to the blender bowl. We turn on the "Extinguishing" mode. We are waiting for about an hour.
step 5 out of 6
In order not to waste time while the plums are languishing in a multicooker, sterilize the cans. When the jam is ready, you just have to pour it into clean jars and roll it up.
step 6 out of 6
The best place to store the thick plum treat is in a cool, dark place.
