Jam from apples and pears in a slow cooker for the winter

In this recipe, you are invited to cook apple and pear jam in a slow cooker. It is distinguished from ordinary jam by the incredibly delicate taste that is created by apple and cinnamon, and dishes in a slow cooker are much tastier than those cooked on the stove.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Wash pears and apples well and be sure to dry with a towel. Remove the seed pods and skins from the fruit. If the skin is thin, you can leave it on. Then cut the fruit into small pieces and transfer to the cartoon bowl.
step 2 out of 4
Set the "Extinguishing" program for 1 hour. You can cook on the "Jam" or "Dessert" programs, if available. Then grind soft pears and apples on a sieve using a pusher. 2
step 3 out of 4
Transfer the resulting fruit puree back to the bowl. Pour the required amount of sugar and cinnamon to it, pour lemon juice, stir and simmer in the same program until a thick jam is obtained. Do not close the lid at this time and stir the jam periodically with a spatula.
step 4 out of 4
Transfer the hot jam to sterile jars, seal it tightly and cool under a terry towel. Your aromatic pear and apple jam is ready.

Happy and tasty preparations!
