PP banana pancakes

For POPs who need gluten-free and dairy-free diets, it is suggested to prepare pancakes with banana, vegetable milk (coconut or almond) and oat flour. Poppy and cinnamon are added to the dough to improve the taste. Your breakfast will be healthy and delicious.

Dry the oatmeal in a skillet for a few minutes and then grind in a blender bowl until fine flour.

Put the peeled banana in a bowl for kneading the dough and chop it with a fork. Pour oat flour to the chopped banana, add poppy seeds (you can do without it), a little cinnamon and soda.

Then pour a glass of vegetable milk to the dry ingredients and knead the dough with a fork. Leave it to stand for 10 minutes to allow the oatmeal to swell well.

Heat the skillet well with vegetable oil and spoon the pancakes on top of it.
