Today we will share with you a recipe for low-calorie pancakes. The recipe will come in handy, by the way, on the eve of Maslenitsa. Due to the absence of sugar and butter in the recipe, they contain only 117 calories per 100 grams, which is half as much as in ordinary pancakes. And due to the lack of animal ingredients in the recipe, our pancakes are perfect during the fast!

Since there are no eggs in the recipe, the pancakes are a little pale. You can add some turmeric to the dough to add color.
