PP cheesecake without baking

Cheesecake is one of the few desserts that can boast of a low calorie content. For cheesecake, substitute nuts, crackers, or oat bran for sugar cakes, and use a sugar substitute as a sweetener.

Grind walnuts and oatmeal with a blender. Add honey and softened butter, stir. Put the resulting mass in a mold, make a cake out of it, which will serve as the basis for the cheesecake.

Pour gelatin with water and leave for 5 minutes. Then heat the gelatin until it dissolves completely in the water.

Beat the sour cream and cottage cheese with a mixer on a slow speed. Add gelatin, stir.

Put the curd mass on the cake, flatten it with a spoon, put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Then gently remove the dessert from the springform pan and decorate to your liking.
