We offer you a great option for a low-calorie curd cheesecake based on oatmeal. Unlike classic cheesecake, it does not contain cream cheese, sour cream or heavy cream. Our recipe for dietetic cheesecake turns out to be delicate and tasty, with a light honey-vanilla aroma. Eating such a dessert will not affect your figure, and you can enjoy its taste, forgetting about calories.

We choose oatmeal according to your taste: you can either ordinary or instant. Pour them into a food processor or blender and grind them into flour.

Add honey, flour and vegetable oil to the crushed oatmeal (you can replace it with your favorite oil: coconut, sesame). Turn on the blender and mix everything well. As a result, we should get a crumbly crumb.

Grease the baking dish with butter and lay out with baking paper to make it easier to remove the finished cheesecake. It is better to choose a form with a small diameter (16-20 cm) so that the cheesecake is high. Put the crumb into the mold, level it well and tamp it a little so that it is dense and the filling does not flow through it into the mold. During the preparation of the filling, we put the form with the base in the refrigerator.

We wash the apples, peel them, cut them in half and peel them from the core, then cut them into thin half rings.
