Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Then transfer the chicken pieces to a skillet and fry until white over high heat. A little meat (after all, we will add soy sauce) salt, sprinkle with black pepper and continue to fry over medium heat until light golden brown. Transfer the fried meat from the pan to a plate.
