When you want to enjoy baked goods, but a strict diet does not allow, there is a great way out - you can make a cupcake! The recipe does not involve the use of sugar, but if you wish, you can add a sweetener to the dough to taste, or pour over the finished cake, for example, with honey. Such a cupcake is perfect not only as a dessert for tea, but also as an option for a quick breakfast for morning coffee. Let's get started!

Break the egg into a bowl, add soft cottage cheese and mix everything with a whisk. There is no need to whip - when baking in the microwave, the cake will rise anyway.

Pour both types of flour into eggs with cottage cheese, after sifting them. Stir with a whisk so that there are no lumps left.

Pour cocoa powder, baking powder into the dough and also stir with a whisk until completely homogeneous. At this point, you can add sweetener if desired.

We spread the dough into molds. It is very convenient to use silicone molds for pp-cupcakes, since they do not need to be oiled. We put the forms in the microwave at maximum power for two and a half minutes. If you are using one large dish, the baking time will be longer - approximately four minutes. It is important not to overexpose the baked goods, as this will make them too dry.

Carefully remove the muffins from the microwave using an oven mitt so as not to burn yourself. We remove from the molds.

Place drops of dark chocolate (or a cube from a standard bar) in a cup and melt in the microwave for a few seconds.
