The recipe for these muffins will be appreciated by nutritionists. Due to the low content of fast carbohydrates, such baked goods will not do much harm to the figure. Such cupcakes may well complement tea drinking and quench your thirst for sweets, because they turn out to be fragrant and satisfying.

Place the oatmeal in the bowl of a blender and grind it almost into flour. Pour the resulting mass into a deep container. At the beginning of cooking, turn on the oven to heat up to a temperature of 200 degrees.

We send sour cream and egg to chopped oatmeal.

Peel the banana and in a separate bowl, mash it with a fork until puree. There should be no large lumps left. The best way to do this would be to use a ripe or even overripe banana - it is easier to make mashed potatoes from this.

Add a pinch of salt, baking powder and a spoonful of honey. If the honey is dense, then you must first warm it up - melt it in a water bath. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
