Adherents of healthy nutrition know that rice flour is lighter, and therefore more useful for the body than wheat flour. Muffins made with rice flour offer more health benefits than regular muffins. Although the texture and taste of the rice cakes are different, this does not make them less tasty. Try it yourself!

Beat eggs with honey.

Mash bananas with a fork or grind with a blender and add to the egg mixture.
