Nowadays, any recipe for your favorite pastries can be found in the version for fans of proper nutrition. Lush cupcakes are no exception. They can be easily prepared using silicone molds.

Wash the lemon and remove the zest from it with a fine grater, try not to reach the white layer. Combine the flour with baking powder and sift it. In a bowl, combine flour, lemon zest, and sweetener.

Then add kefir, eggs and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous thick mass is obtained. If desired, you can add nuts, chocolate or dried fruits to the dough.

Divide the dough into silicone molds. The dough should occupy no more than 2/3 of the volume of the molds. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Place the silicone molds with the dough in the oven and bake for 50 minutes. Cool the finished muffins, remove from the molds and serve.
