PP minced chicken cutlets

Chicken cutlets are great for healthy nutrition menus. Chicken is nutritious and low in calories. It is important how this product is processed and prepared. Of course, the ideal option is just homemade minced chicken: this way you can be sure of the high-quality composition of the cutlet mass. To minimize the addition of oil, we suggest not frying the cutlets, but baking them in the oven. The taste will not suffer from this at all, but the benefits of the dish will be greater.

Place the minced chicken in a bowl.

Peel the garlic, rinse, dry and pass through a press. Put the garlic mass to the minced meat. Also add the egg, salt and black pepper to taste.

Knead the minced meat with your hands or with a spoon until the components are completely mixed and relative homogeneity. The consistency of the mass largely depends on the initial characteristics of the minced meat. If the minced meat is dense enough, then we form the cutlets with our hands dipped in cold water. If the mass does not hold its shape well, then the cutlets can be molded with a tablespoon.

Place a sheet of parchment for baking on a baking sheet. You do not need to grease it with oil - the products do not stick to the sheet when baked. Instead of parchment, a silicone mat is also great. We lay out the prepared cutlets on it. If the minced meat was thin, then it is convenient to give the final shape to the cutlets already on the baking sheet, trimming them with a spoon. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. Set the baking sheet with cutlets on a medium level and bake for thirty minutes. After the first fifteen minutes, open the oven, turn the cutlets over and continue baking further - this will give a light golden brown crust on both sides.

We take out the finished ruddy cutlets from the oven and transfer them from the baking sheet to the dish. Serve hot. Taking into account the principles of proper nutrition, the best side dish will be a salad of fresh vegetables, as well as various boiled cereals.
