PP lasagna with minced chicken

Lasagna is an amazing dish that consists of minced chicken, béchamel sauce, vegetables and cheese. Today we offer you a recipe for making lasagna for those who adhere to proper nutrition, respectively, we will replace the high-calorie béchamel sauce with natural yogurt, and hard cheese with low-fat cheese. We will cook lasagna in a slow cooker, on the bottom of which we will cover a baking bag, so that the sauce will remain inside the lasagna and will not burn on the bowl and will allow you to easily remove the lasagna from the bowl.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
To prepare lasagna, you can use ready-made minced chicken or cut it yourself. Put the minced meat in a preheated pan with olive oil, send finely chopped onions, salt and pepper there. Stir and fry until tender.
step 2 out of 8
Then add tomato paste to the pan (you can replace it with tomatoes chopped on a blender), mix and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
step 3 out of 8
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
step 4 out of 8
In our case, the béchamel sauce will replace natural yogurt. Put it in a deep bowl, add finely chopped herbs, salt and spices. We mix all the ingredients - the sauce is ready!
step 5 out of 8
Before starting cooking, carefully read the instructions, some sheets for lasagna must first be boiled. We will lower the sheets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, after which they will become more elastic and will not break.
step 6 out of 8
We cover the baking bag at the bottom of the multicooker bowl, so it will be easy to remove the finished lasagna from the multicooker. Pour a little sauce at the bottom. Then we lay out a few sheets for lasagna and part of the minced meat, distribute it across the width of the sheets, sprinkle with grated cheese and lay out a few tablespoons of sauce, then again the sheets of lasagna.
step 7 out of 8
Thus, we lay out all the ingredients, the final layer is lasagna sheets, sauce and cheese. We close the lid of the multicooker, set the "Extinguishing" mode for 60 minutes.
step 8 out of 8
After the beep of readiness, open the lid of the multicooker and leave the lasagne for 15-20 minutes so that it cools down a little and does not fall apart when removed. Gently lay out the finished lasagne on a dish, turn the multicooker bowl over it, remove the baking bag, sprinkle with a little greens and serve. Bon Appetit!
