Before cooking, it is worth preparing all the ingredients we need. Put all the cottage cheese in a deep bowl and knead it with a fork. Break the chicken eggs into cottage cheese and mix the resulting mixture well.

For the dietary version of dumplings, you cannot use wheat flour. Therefore, it should be replaced with rice. Sift the flour with a sieve. Only after that we begin to gradually add it to the curd. Stir the dough well with a spoon. You can add a little sugar or powdered sugar to the dough if you like.

We wash the cherries well and put them on paper towels. They will absorb excess moisture. We remove seeds from the berries with a pin or a special device. We transfer the berries to a plate.

You can not let the dough brew, but start cooking right away. Spoon some curd dough. Form a small circle out of it. Place the finished mugs on a wooden board, which must be sprinkled with flour.
