For the dietary version of dumplings, you cannot use wheat flour. Therefore, it should be replaced with rice. Sift the flour with a sieve. Only after that we begin to gradually add it to the curd. Stir the dough well with a spoon. You can add a little sugar or powdered sugar to the dough if you like.
There are two ways to cook dumplings: steamed or simply boiled. Fill a pot with water and move it to the stove. When the water boils, add some salt and stir. You need to spread the dumplings in portions. You can also put extra dumplings in the freezer until next time you cook. When the water boils again, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
