PP muffins on kefir

For those with a sweet tooth who monitor their diet and shape, I suggest making aromatic, healthy and low-calorie PP muffins on kefir. The baked goods are moderately sweet and quite airy. A great option for a delicious dietary breakfast.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Pour kefir into a bowl, add baking soda and mix well. Pour in vegetable oil. Add chicken eggs, honey, your favorite nuts, after chopping them, and oatmeal. Sort out the raisins, rinse them well under running water, and leave for a while to allow excess moisture in the glass. Then pour into the dough. Mix well.
step 2 out of 4
Pour the required amount of salt, vanillin, cinnamon and nutmeg into the resulting dough. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth and homogeneous. You can also use a whisk or silicone spatula. Fill silicone molds with ready-made dough to 2/3 of their height, place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
step 3 out of 4
Bake muffins for about 20-25 minutes. Check the readiness of the baking with a wooden skewer or a toothpick. It must be completely dry. After the time has passed, carefully remove the muffin tins from the oven so as not to burn your hands.
step 4 out of 4
Let the muffins cool slightly and then remove from the silicone molds. Serve ready-made PP muffins with kefir on the table with tea or freshly brewed coffee. The texture of homemade baked goods is juicy and tender.

Bon Appetit!
