Mannik is a dessert that is loved and often prepared in any family. Each housewife has her own favorite recipe. I want to offer a simple recipe for PP manna in milk. Those with a sweet tooth who follow a healthy diet will be pleasantly surprised by a delicious and healthy dessert. The cake turns out to be very tender and the old age quickly disappears. Mannik can be baked in one large pan or in small cake tins.

Prepare all the necessary products for the manna.

Sort the raisins well, rinse with water and let dry on a paper towel.

Pour semolina together with baking powder into a deep bowl, stir, pour in milk, stir well and leave to swell for about half an hour.

Break eggs into a deep container, add salt. Whisk or mix well with a fork.

Add to the swollen semolina. Mix thoroughly.

Wash the lemon well, remove the yellow zest with a fine grater. Add to the resulting test. Mix gently.

Dip the dried raisins in a little flour or starch so that they are evenly distributed in the dough.

Grease the prepared baking dishes with a little oil (if the mold is silicone, you do not need to grease) or cover with parchment.

Lay out the dough carefully and smooth with a silicone spatula. Place the manna in a well-heated oven for 40 minutes. If you have small forms, then reduce the cooking time to 25 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.

While the manna is baking, prepare the honey frosting. Dissolve honey with boiled water 1: 1.

Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Remove the manna from the oven and immediately pour the prepared honey glaze. Let the cake cool, remove from the mold.

Transfer the pie to a platter. Cut the mannik into portions.
