The recipe for a delicious fluffy honey cake that does not harm the figure is the dream of every sweet tooth. There is no sugar in this recipe, and all other ingredients are selected in order to minimize the calorie content of the dessert.

Fry skimmed milk powder in a pan until golden brown, then grind it into crumbs.

Heat honey and sunflower oil in a water bath until honey is completely dissolved, without removing it from the bath, add baking soda.
