PP Napoleon from pita bread with custard

It is with great pleasure that I want to share my favorite recipe for an incredibly tasty and low-calorie "Napoleon" made from pita bread with custard. Cook and you will pleasantly surprise your loved ones with an appetizing, tender and juicy dessert.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
First of all, prepare the form in which you will collect the cake. Cut thin yeast-free pita bread into pieces according to the size of the mold. Heat a skillet with a thick bottom over moderate heat, then reduce heat and dry the pita bread on both sides in a dry skillet.
step 2 out of 9
In this way, dry all the cakes and trimmings of the pita bread.
step 3 out of 9
Take a metal dish with a thick bottom and break the required amount of chicken eggs into it, add vanillin and the required amount of cornstarch. Pour in the preheated milk in a thin stream, stir until smooth using a whisk.
step 4 out of 9
Add the required amount of sweetener based on your own taste. Using a whisk, mix thoroughly.
step 5 out of 9
Put on medium heat and bring the mixture to thicken, stirring constantly with a whisk. Then immediately remove from heat and cool completely.
step 6 out of 9
Put a few tablespoons of the cooled custard on the bottom of the prepared form, then lay out the crust and coat well with the custard. Put the cake back again.
step 7 out of 9
So collect the whole cake, alternating between the cakes and the custard. Cover the top and sides of the cake with the rest of the cream.
step 8 out of 9
Sprinkle with chopped pita bread scraps on top. Place the pita cake with custard in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours so that it is well saturated.
step 9 out of 9
After the expiration of the time, serve the most delicate dietary "Napoleon" on the table in portions with your favorite hot drinks.

Enjoy mouth-watering diet baked goods!
