PP pancakes on kefir with banana

There are many banana-based PP baking recipes, but the quickest and easiest recipe is for kefir banana pancakes. PP pancakes are prepared on kefir, oat flour and honey is put into the dough instead of sugar. Banana's amazing properties make the pancakes plump and thick in texture. If you fry such pancakes in a non-stick skillet, then you can do without oil.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Grind the oatmeal in a blender for 5-7 minutes to make it like a coarse flour.
step 2 out of 7
Pour kefir slightly warmed in the microwave into a bowl for kneading dough, break a chicken egg to it and pour the cooked oatmeal from the blender.
step 3 out of 7
Ripe banana, peel and chop with a fork until puree.
step 4 out of 7
Then transfer the banana puree to the rest of the ingredients and knead the pancake dough with a whisk. Then add melted honey, a pinch of salt to the dough and stir again. The kneaded dough should be thick and viscous. Correct its consistency with kefir or flour.
step 5 out of 7
Preheat a skillet with a little vegetable oil or a nonstick skillet. Then spoon the dough into a skillet with a tablespoon and fry the banana pancakes over low heat until light golden brown. For frying pancakes, 45-60 seconds are enough on each side, as they can burn quickly.
step 6 out of 7
Gently turn the pancakes over with a spatula or two forks, which is more convenient.
step 7 out of 7
Transfer the cooked kefir banana pancakes from the pan to portioned plates and serve.
Bon Appetit!
