PP pancakes on kefir with apples

Very delicate pancakes made from apples, kefir and semolina. The dough consists almost entirely of apples, the rest of the ingredients are "not criminal" and are quite suitable for proper nutrition. Serve pancakes with honey to add sweetness. Alternatively, you can accompany them with yogurt, and low-fat sour cream, and fresh berries. Pancakes are delicious both hot and cold.

Immediately mix the specified amount of kefir and semolina in a separate container. Let the mixture stand for fifteen to twenty minutes at room temperature so that the semolina can soften. We wash the apples, dry them and cut them into four parts. Cut off the peel, if desired, and remove the seed capsule. Three fruit pulp on a coarse grater and put the resulting shavings in a bowl, in which we will knead the dough.

Break eggs to grated apples, mix well.

Add softened semolina with kefir to the resulting egg-apple mixture, mix. Let the dough stand for another five to ten minutes before baking.

Heat the frying pan on the stove until hot. Lubricate the bottom with odorless vegetable oil using a silicone brush - this way the oil is easily dosed and it is difficult to overdo it with it. We put the cooked apple dough with a spoon and put it in the pan in the form of small round pancakes. Maintain the temperature of the slab medium-low. Fry the pancakes on one side until a crust appears on the bottom.

Then turn the pancakes over with a spatula to the other side and continue to fry until they are browned from below.

Remove the finished pancakes from the pan with a spatula and place them on a serving plate. Serve hot, for example, with sour cream. Fry the rest of the dough in the same way.
