Many people love sweet homemade cakes. Even those who watch their diet and figure. I suggest making dietary and low-calorie pancakes with yogurt. Be sure to cook it and you won't regret it, that's for sure!

Put the required amount of natural yoghurt in a deep container and warm it at room temperature about an hour before making the pancakes.

Sift the rice flour through a fine sieve along with baking powder into a container with natural yogurt. Add sweetener to taste. You can use honey, Jerusalem artichoke syrup or chicory as a sweetener. I used Prebio Sweet sweetener. Mix thoroughly with a mixer or a whisk until a smooth, uniform consistency is achieved.

Wash the apple thoroughly in cool running water, then pat dry with a kitchen towel and peel it with a vegetable peeler. Remove the seeds and core, then coarsely grate and add to the prepared dough.

Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is formed.

Heat the nonstick skillet well over moderate heat. Using a tablespoon, gently spread the dough at a distance, spreading it evenly over the entire surface of the pan. Fry the pancakes on both sides for a few minutes until an appetizing golden brown. Place the finished pancakes on a platter or large serving plate.

Serve the low-calorie yogurt pancakes with your favorite hot drinks, garnish with a low-calorie sauce if desired. I used caramel, it goes well with apples.
