PP oat pancakes on kefir with oat flour

Oat pancakes are not only healthy, but also very tasty. This is exactly the case when the benefits of a pn-dish are absolutely not at the expense of taste. If you don't have oatmeal, it is easy to make it with oatmeal. Grind them in a blender bowl to a flour condition - it will take half a minute. After the pancake dough is cooked, you need to let it stand for a while before frying - the crumb of the finished products will be more porous and less moist.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Pour oatmeal or oatmeal ground in a grinder into a bowl, break eggs to it, add a pinch of salt and granulated sugar.
step 2 out of 7
Mix everything well with a spoon or fork so that no lumps form.
step 3 out of 7
Next, pour into the oatmeal half of the specified volume of kefir and mix thoroughly, breaking all the lumps.
step 4 out of 7
Pour in the remaining kefir, mix until smooth. For flavoring, you can add a little cinnamon if desired. Let the cooked dough "rest" for ten to fifteen minutes at room temperature.
step 5 out of 7
Lubricate the non-stick frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Heat the frying pan well on the stove. We collect the cooked oatmeal dough with a tablespoon and put it in the pan in the form of small round pancakes, leaving a small distance between them so that they do not stick together. Maintain the temperature of the plate medium-low so that the dough has time to bake. Do not close the pan with a lid. We fry the pancakes on one side until the crust is browned from below, and the surface is not glossy and damp anymore.
step 6 out of 7
Then turn the pancakes over with a thin spatula to the other side and continue to fry until they are browned from below.
step 7 out of 7
Remove the fried pancakes from the pan with a spatula and place them on a serving plate. We serve them hot with sour cream, berries, honey, yogurt.
Bon Appetit!
