Separate the whites from the yolks, add cottage cheese to the yolks and punch everything with an immersion blender until a homogeneous smooth mass.
step 2 out of 8
Pour boiling water over the dried fruits that we will add to the cakes filling and leave for 5 minutes so that they swell a little. After that, we rinse them and lay them on a towel so that they dry out a little.
step 3 out of 8
Add honey to the curd dough, sift two types of flour and add baking powder. Mix all ingredients well with a spoon until smooth.
step 4 out of 8
Beat the egg whites with a mixer until persistent peaks and add them to the curd dough.
step 5 out of 8
We send dried dried fruits to the dough there, mix the dough again with a mixer.
step 6 out of 8
Distribute the finished dough evenly over the molds and set it to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
step 7 out of 8
At this time, we are preparing the glaze: in a small container we mix milk powder and honey, gradually add water so that we get a mass of thick consistency.
step 8 out of 8
We take the finished cakes out of the oven, put them on the wire rack and leave them to cool completely. After the cakes have completely cooled down, pour them with glaze and sprinkle with dried fruits, candied fruits or citrus zest. You can start drinking tea, bon appetit!
