PP pizza from lavash in a frying pan

First, prepare all the ingredients for making PP pizza. Grind the cheese on a coarse grater.

Unfold the pita bread on the tabletop and cut 2 circles out of it, like your frying pan. Grease a skillet and place 1 circle of pita bread on it. Place some of the grated cheese on the pita bread.

Place another circle of pita bread on top of the cheese and spread evenly over it with tomato paste.

Cut the boiled meat and olives into small pieces and place them on top of the tomato paste. Sprinkle them with grated cheese.

Cut the tomato and pepper into small pieces of any shape and place on top of the meat and olives. Sprinkle the filling with the rest of the cheese. Cover the pan with a lid. Fry the pizza over low heat for 7-10 minutes and until the cheese is completely melted.
