PP baking differs from the classic one in the absence of fat, sugar and replacing ordinary flour with whole grain. In this recipe, you are invited to cook the PP pie in the form of a dietary apple-lingonberry tart, that is, in the form of an open pie on dough mixed with the addition of low-fat cottage cheese instead of butter, and instead of sugar, honey or any sweetener is added to it. The dough is kneaded only by hand.

Cooking process
During this time, prepare the pie filling. Cut the apple into small cubes and transfer to a small saucepan or stewpan. Then add lingonberries to the apples (you can not defrost frozen ones) and put on a small fire. Dissolve the starch in cold water, pour this mixture over the filling and simmer while stirring until the filling becomes thick. Turn off the fire, add a little sugar substitute to the filling and stir.
Mash the chilled dough with your hands in the form of a thin cake and place in a baking dish, detachable or regular round, covering it with paper. At the dough, form the sides along the edge. Then prick the dough with a fork so that it does not lump, and bake it in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 10 minutes. After this time, remove the tart from the oven and place the lingonberry-apple filling on it in an even layer. Continue baking for another 30 minutes.
Happy and delicious baking!
