PP blueberry pie

Here's a recipe for PP Blueberry Pie. For the preparation of the dessert, we will use rice flour instead of wheat flour; there will not be a drop of oil in the cake. The sugar present in the recipe can be safely replaced with any sweetener. This will not affect the structure of the finished cake in any way.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Break the chicken eggs into a deep container. Pour sugar in them. If desired, sugar can be substituted with any sweetener. Beat with a mixer until fluffy.
step 2 out of 5
Sift the rice flour into the egg and sugar mixture. When sifting, the flour is enriched with oxygen, which subsequently makes the baked goods more fluffy. Also, when sifting, we get rid of debris and lumps. Mix everything with a mixer.
step 3 out of 5
Quench the baking soda with vinegar and pour into the dough. Mix well.
step 4 out of 5
For PP Blueberry Pie, you can use either fresh or frozen berries. If you are using frozen blueberries, just let them thaw beforehand and drain the resulting juice. If using fresh berries, be sure to sort them out, removing all debris, then rinse and dry by placing them in a colander or laying them on a paper towel. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with parchment and pour the resulting dough into it. Place the berries on top. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 30-35 minutes.
step 5 out of 5
Remove the finished cake from the oven, cool slightly at room temperature (about 10 minutes) and then remove from the baking dish. If you wish, you can decorate the cake with powdered sugar before serving, but this is not at all necessary, because we have a PP cake!
Bon Appetit!
