PP pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker

According to the classic recipe, pilaf is a delicious and at the same time high-calorie dish, but in a multicooker you can cook no less delicious PP pilaf. We cook pilaf from lean meat (chicken fillet) and use a little vegetable oil, and ordinary rice can, if possible, be replaced with brown rice.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Wash the chicken fillet well with cold water, wipe it dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, put fillet pieces in it and turn on the "Baking" program for 20 minutes.
step 2 out of 7
Then we clean and wash the onions and carrots. Chop the onion into small cubes, cut the carrots into thin strips. We shift the chopped vegetables to the chicken and fry, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
step 3 out of 7
Rice selected for pilaf is washed 5-8 times with cold water. Then lay it out in an even layer over the fried chicken and vegetables.
step 4 out of 7
Peel the garlic cloves and place them evenly in a layer of rice. Sprinkle the dish to your liking with salt and pilaf spice.
step 5 out of 7
We boil water for pilaf in advance. Then pour hot water along the side of the bowl to the pilaf. We close the lid of the multicooker and turn on the "Pilaf" program for the default time. This is usually 30 minutes.
step 6 out of 7
After the signal about the end of the program, we leave the pilaf for insisting for 10-15 minutes. Then we open the lid, gently stir the pilaf with a spatula and remove the sample.
step 7 out of 7
Put the pilaf cooked in a multicooker with chicken into portioned plates, beautifully decorate with fresh herbs and serve.
