I want to share the ideal, in my opinion, recipe for a dietary dessert made from pita bread with cottage cheese in the oven. The baked goods are made with a crispy appetizing crust and a delicate sweet and sour filling. Bright juicy roll can be served for any family holidays and feasts.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make a low-calorie pita roll with cottage cheese.

Put the required amount of cottage cheese in a deep bowl, break two chicken eggs and add sweetener to taste. Cottage cheese can be used with any fat content and texture. I used 5% fat crumbly cottage cheese.

Using a hand blender, bring the curd mass to a smooth, uniform consistency.

Put a sheet of pita bread on a clean work surface of the table. Then lay out the curd filling and spread it evenly over the entire surface using a silicone spatula. Put the raspberries on the curd filling.
