An incredibly tasty recipe that meets all the principles of proper nutrition - charlotte with a delicate apple-banana filling. Rice flour perfectly replaces wheat flour, making the dish low in calories, but at the same time very appetizing.

Beat the eggs until frothy. For convenience, you can use a mixer or blender.

Add honey and melted butter to the eggs. Beat again.

Gradually add rice flour. We extinguish soda with lemon juice. Mix the dough thoroughly.
