This pastry is intended for those who like to eat something sweet at night, because you can't always keep yourself up. These muffins are great for anyone on the PP. Prepare muffins with banana, replace sugar with honey and use oatmeal instead of wheat. We do not add other ingredients (chocolate, cherries, dried fruits) to these muffins, as they immediately increase the number of calories.
