A great recipe for a quick snack for healthy eating haters. We prepare flat cakes with the addition of rye flour, hard cheese and herbs. The latter can be chosen any, to taste, both fresh and dried. We will fry the cakes in a dry frying pan, so that there will be no excess fat. When serving, for juiciness and aroma, you can sprinkle the surface of hot cakes with olive oil or grease with butter - whoever you like.

Knead the dough. To do this, pour warm kefir into a wide bowl. Pour baking soda and salt into it. Mix thoroughly and leave for a couple of minutes to extinguish the soda.

At this time, rub hard cheese on a coarse grater. Pour the resulting shavings into kefir.

Then add olive oil, chopped rosemary and black pepper, mix. You can use any other greens: dill, parsley, green onions and other types.

Finally, we add both types of flour - wheat and rye. We begin to knead the dough with a spoon and then move on to manual kneading. The finished dough should be soft and pliable. Add more or less flour as needed. It is difficult to name a strict amount, since different flour behaves differently. Roll the finished dough into a ball, cover with a towel and leave for ten to fifteen minutes to ripen.

After that, divide the dough into the desired number of parts. Each piece is a separate cake. We roll each part of the dough into a ball.

Then we roll out the ball on a floured work surface into a thin cake - two to three millimeters.

Heat the pan until hot on the stove. The plate temperature is medium-low. I need to grease the pan with oil. We spread the cake on a hot surface and fry it with the lid closed for a couple of minutes on each side.
