Here's a simple recipe for PP cottage cheese and banana cake. We also use berries for cooking, for example, strawberries. We take honey instead of sugar, and add corn flour instead of wheat flour. Such pastries will delight those with a sweet tooth, without delivering extra calories. You can bake one large cupcake or individual small portioned cupcakes.

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl for making the dough, break the egg. Peel the banana, cut into pieces and put them in a bowl with the curd. We knead everything together with a fork.

Melt coconut oil in the microwave and pour into the resulting mass. We also add honey. If it is solid, then we also drown it in the microwave. Mix thoroughly.

Pour in the cornmeal and punch well together with an immersion blender to achieve a smooth, uniform consistency.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. Put strawberries cut into pieces in a silicone mold or separate molds. Put the prepared dough on top. We put the future muffins in the oven on the middle level. We bake for twenty five to thirty minutes, depending on the oven, until golden brown.
