Gently break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Put the yolks in a bowl, in which we will knead the dough in the future. We put the bowl with proteins in the refrigerator.

Add pumpkin puree and wheat bran to the whipped yolks. Instead of wheat bran, you can take oat, flax or rye if desired. Rinse the orange thoroughly, dry it and rub the zest directly into a bowl. Add honey, soda and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well until smooth.

We take the proteins out of the refrigerator and beat them until stable peaks. We start whipping at the minimum speed of the mixer, gradually increasing it to the maximum. The mixer beaters must be clean and dry.

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. We transfer the dough into it, level it and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 40 minutes. Cool the finished cake slightly, take it out of the mold and treat yourself. Bon Appetit!
