Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We prepare the cherry plum: the fruits must be thoroughly rinsed with running water, and the stalks must be pulled out. Then we cut each fruit and remove the bone by hand. Put the prepared peeled cherry plum pulp into a bowl for cooking jam.
step 2 out of 5
We fill it with granulated sugar, mix and put on the stove.
step 3 out of 5
With constant stirring, bring to a boil. Cook the jam for about thirty to forty minutes, remembering to stir so that there is no risk of burning. Cherry plum should be completely boiled.
step 4 out of 5
Mix the pectin separately with two tablespoons of granulated sugar. Pour the resulting mixture to the jam, mix thoroughly and continue cooking for no more than three minutes.
step 5 out of 5
Wash and sterilize jars and lids. We pack ready hot jam in sterile jars. We tighten the lids, let cool completely. We remove the jam for storage in a dark, cool place.
Bon Appetit!
