Raspberries are one of the few berries that can be harvested for the winter without boiling. It is perfectly stored, the main thing is to observe the proportion of sugar and not neglect the careful preparation of the container. Such raw "jam" retains a maximum of vitamins, which is especially valuable during the period of viruses and colds.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We carefully sort out raspberries, remove defective and heavily contaminated specimens, as well as random debris. Do not wash the berries, as raspberries absorb moisture very well and quickly become watery.
step 2 out of 5
Grind the prepared raspberries in any available way. You can use a submersible or stationary blender, meat grinder, kitchen chopper for this.
step 3 out of 5
Place the resulting raspberry puree in a deep bowl and add granulated sugar to it.
step 4 out of 5
Mix everything together with a spatula. We leave the mixture for an hour so that the sugar can dissolve. After that, stir again the raspberries so that the remnants of the sugar crystals disperse completely.
step 5 out of 5
The jars and lids are thoroughly washed and then sterilized in any way possible. Let the container dry completely. Pour the raspberry mass with sugar into prepared dry jars and close with dry lids. We put the jars in the cellar or refrigerator for storage.
Bon Appetit!
