Prepare saline solution. Pour warm water into a deep bowl, add salt and stir until it is completely dissolved. Sliced apples will be stacked here to prevent oxidation and, as a result, darkening. Rinse the apples themselves under running water, cut out the core, cut into thin slices and immerse them immediately in a saline solution. When all the apples are sliced and soaked in the solution, it can be drained.
After the specified time, a sufficient amount of juice will be released from the apples. Drain it into a saucepan, place it on the stove, bring to a boil, then remove from heat and pour over apple slices. Cover the bowl with a lid again and let sit for 6-8 hours or overnight. Then this procedure will need to be repeated at least one more time.
