The combination of apples and cinnamon will never "go out of style", and if this combination is diluted with a citrus note, the result is an amber jam with a unique aroma. As a rule, this delicacy is the first to leave the festive table.

We wash the apples thoroughly and cut them into slices about 0.3 millimeters thick right in the peel, do not forget to get rid of the seed capsule and seeds. When everything is ready, put it in a pan or bowl with an enamel coating.

Fill the slices with one and a half kilograms of granulated sugar, and leave in a cool place for 24 hours.

During the day, the fruit will give its juice and soak in sweet syrup.

We put the dishes on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for 20-25 minutes. Then remove the pan from the stove and leave to cool for 8-10 hours.

We repeat the cooking and this time add the juice squeezed from two oranges and finely chopped pulp.
