Once you've made the jam using this recipe, you're sure to make it again! Although the process of "creation" takes a lot of time - about a day, the result is worth it. The sweetness turns out to be very aromatic, pleasant consistency and does not require much effort. An excellent option for blanks for the winter.

We leave the sugar and apple mass for at least 5 hours, during which time all the slices will be saturated and give up their juice. After that, turn on the baking program and bring to a boil, stir constantly. We continue boiling for 10-12 minutes. After 12-15 hours, we repeat the cooking procedure, only this time, we boil the almost finished jam, for at least 30 minutes.
