Transparent apple jam in a slow cooker

Once you've made the jam using this recipe, you're sure to make it again! Although the process of "creation" takes a lot of time - about a day, the result is worth it. The sweetness turns out to be very aromatic, pleasant consistency and does not require much effort. An excellent option for blanks for the winter.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
In this recipe, you should use fruits of medium ripeness, overripe will turn into porridge, and will not retain their texture.
step 2 out of 5
We wash the apples under running water, cut into slices of medium thickness, be sure to remove the seed pods and tails.
step 3 out of 5
We transfer to the multicooker bowl and cover with sugar, mix. Sugar crystals should cover all slices without exception.
step 4 out of 5
We leave the sugar and apple mass for at least 5 hours, during which time all the slices will be saturated and give up their juice. After that, turn on the baking program and bring to a boil, stir constantly. We continue boiling for 10-12 minutes. After 12-15 hours, we repeat the cooking procedure, only this time, we boil the almost finished jam, for at least 30 minutes.
step 5 out of 5
As a result, we get apple jam of a very beautiful color. The finished dish can be consumed immediately or rolled up under a nylon lid.
Bon Appetit!
