I want to share a simple and delicious recipe for transparent beef jellied meat. The meat appetizer turns out to be rich, hearty and aromatic. This jellied meat is sure to please everyone. Cook and you will have an unforgettable pleasure!

Wash the beef soup with meat thoroughly and chop into several parts depending on the size, put in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom, and pour cold water so that it completely covers the meat.

Put on moderate heat and bring to a boil. Use a spoon or slotted spoon to remove the resulting foam, reduce heat to low and cook under the lid for 3 hours.

Peel the onions and garlic. Wash the carrots and peel them with a vegetable peeler.

After a while, peeled onions and carrots. Top up with hot water as needed. Add bay leaves and black peppercorns.
