It is with great pleasure that I want to share my favorite recipe for an incredibly tasty wheat porridge cooked in milk and water. The texture of the porridge is quite delicate. A great option for a hearty healthy breakfast. Cook and your family will not remain indifferent!

First of all, measure out the amount of wheat cereal indicated in the recipe. I always use a kitchen scale for this purpose. Rinse the weighed wheat groats thoroughly in running water several times to make the water clear.

Put the washed cereals in a saucepan. Then measure out the required amount of drinking water and pour it into a saucepan, add a little salt. Put on low heat and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes.

Then pour in the required amount of milk previously warmed to a warm state. Bring to a boil again. Then reduce heat to minimum and cook wheat porridge for another 15 minutes.

When the liquid is practically absorbed, the porridge will be ready. Add the required amount of butter to the finished porridge. Stir and remove from heat. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
