It is with great pleasure that I want to share a fragrant recipe for an unusually tasty dish. Wheat porridge cooked in water with meat is a great option for a full meal. The dish turns out to be hearty and has a bright taste. I advise you to cook, I promise - you will not regret it!

Measure out the required amount of wheat grits. Then rinse it thoroughly in running water several times to make the water clear. Pour water into a deep saucepan, add salt. Lay out the washed cereal. Put on fire and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook wheat porridge for 20-25 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the smoked meat into small strips. You can use any meat you like, but with a smoked dish it turns out incredibly fragrant.

Heat the pan well over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil, put the prepared meat and fry a little.

Peel the onions, rinse in cold water and cut into cubes. Send to the fried meat and, stirring occasionally, fry until the onions are soft.
